[It's Kyouko on the D-Terminal this time, and she's sitting on the foot of her bed in her apartment. Labramon is curled up snoozing next to her, nose pressed against against her hip. Kyouko seems to be ignoring her for now]

We've been here a few days now, but I still feel like there's much to learn about this world and its inhabitants, regardless of what Labramon and Izumi-kun have told me. In an effort to gather as much information as possible, I have a request, for all of you.

Could you tell me what your digimon partner's name is? And to all of those partners, could you tell me a little bit about yourselves? What is your species like? Where did you live before coming to the city? Do. . . you require some sort of special diet?

[a beat]

I'd like to learn as much as I can about you, so I'd appreciate swift, accurate responses.

All of them! Can't call yourself a master if you can't dispel everything.

That depends on the spell.

Sometimes all I need is a book. But the hexes usually need a sacrifice.

Birds, I assume, are more socially acceptable than other alternatives.

Why would I care about that? They're just easier to use.

[Sadly, he'd be alright with using humans. But birds are always around, and way easier to use for extended hexes.]
