[It's Kyouko on the D-Terminal this time, and she's sitting on the foot of her bed in her apartment. Labramon is curled up snoozing next to her, nose pressed against against her hip. Kyouko seems to be ignoring her for now]

We've been here a few days now, but I still feel like there's much to learn about this world and its inhabitants, regardless of what Labramon and Izumi-kun have told me. In an effort to gather as much information as possible, I have a request, for all of you.

Could you tell me what your digimon partner's name is? And to all of those partners, could you tell me a little bit about yourselves? What is your species like? Where did you live before coming to the city? Do. . . you require some sort of special diet?

I'd like to learn as much as I can about you, so I'd appreciate swift, accurate responses.

Well, yes, I am still learning about the quirks of human behavior, but no one's tried to take over the city or eat anyone yet. That's a promising start!

I would say it is someone who doesn't care about - or is even amused by - actions they take that harm others.
