[Friday Afternoon as the world settles back to normal there's a message on the network]

ATTENTION EVERYONE

To apologize for being the biggest lame jerk for the last two days, Beastboy is inviting you to have some free Veggie Rolls on him.

Come collect your handmade sushi in the area in front of the Newbie housing and feel free to throw a punch at Beastboy for whatever horrible things he said. He was not in his right mind but feels terrible about all of it.

Anyone who was personally insulted by Beastboy may also request some other meal to make up for it. Anything it takes to earn forgiveness! Feel free to place your orders via the network, he will come to you!

[And so anyone who shows up, or places an order can meet with Beastboy and have a free meal on him. For his guilt is heavy. So...so heavy.]

[She hesitates, folding her arms across her chest as she glances away.]

I-I...I'm not...really sure...I...I want to talk to him, b-but...I-I...I can't stop thinking about what he said and...a-and I know he wouldn't say those things again...n-not anymore, but...i-it still...

[...It still hurts...]

But it was still unkind.

[He could tell that whatever Beastboy had said to her had hurt her a lot. He could understand why she wasn't too enthused to go over there and talk to him again..]

Sometimes people forget how much more words can hurt than any physical wound.

[Kaldur thinks about it for a moment, looking back to where Beast boy has his apology booth set up (for lack of a better term to call this). He sighs.]

You should at least give him the chance to talk to you and apologize properly. I'll admit this is a good attempt on his part, but an incident like this should be taken care of more personally. If you do not think you are ready to talk to him and forgive him perhaps it is best to let things cool down a bit more before you go up to him.

But...I also do not think you will start feeling better until the air is clear between you two. But that is only my opinion.

[He wants things to be smoothed over, especially hearing how worried Lopmon had been.]

[She nods.] I know, y-you're right...a-and I do want to go over there...i-it's just...difficult...

I could go over with you? Or talk to Beast Boy first? Or we could stand here and wait to be noticed. Perhaps that will give you more time to consider it.

[She thinks for a moment.] M...m-maybe you could...talk to him first...?

[She isn't even sure what he'd say, but it might make her feel a little better to see him talking to Beastboy before she goes over to.]

Very well, if that is what you think might help.

[He bowed his head slightly before turning to go over and speak with Beastboy. Hopefully this would help calm her nerves.]

[Beastboy was oblivious as usual until Kaldur was upon him before he spun about and offered a cheerful smile]

Hey dude! How ya doing? Care for some sushi? Or to punch me? buncha digimon have already had their payback shots...

[And he looks it. His face and hair have all sorts of marks from burns, slaps, punches and one of his ears is bent awkwardly.]

[Kaldur tries not to wince but...man Beast Boy your face has seen some better days. Kaldur can't help but wonder what Beast Boy actually did/said to so many people to warrant this.

Not to mention that this level of violence seemed unwarranted. But he kept such comments to himself.]

No, thank you Beast Boy. I am actually hear to speak to you on behalf of Fluttershy. She seems...a little nervous to speak to you even on the terms you have established.

[he looks confused at first, then crushed. And finally gloomy leaning back on the kart like he was going to be sick]

Y-yeah...I can't blame her. I was a real monster.

[Kaldur nods.]

So I've gathered. You appear to be making a real effort to make it up though...I think Fluttershy just wants to know that you're really back to normal and not going to...act like that again.

Oh...

[He looks even more guilty, hanging his head in shame]

Yeah, no. One hundred percent back to normal. Other then feeling like a total scumbag. And barring any other sort of horrible mind altering events I would never ever treat her that way.

This particular...glitch was not a pleasant one for anyone.

[He'd taken to calling them that anyway, he wasn't sure WHAT they were though he had a feeling they were related to the sudden evolving of digimon awhile back and the random streams of light that had teleported him to various parts of the island.]

I thought as much. I want to help you sooth things over with Fluttershy. [He glances back in her direction.] I am not 100% sure of what all was said between you but I would like to help where I can in this.

"Honestly? I can't remember all of it. And I'd rather forget the stuff I can remember." He sighed hanging his head in defeat for a moment before springing back up.

"Alright, tell me what to do dude. Do I just go over there? Or do I have to like...tell you it's OK? I mean you can tell. I'm not shouting my head off like some jerk."

[He considered their options.]

I believe that playing messenger between you two is not going to help in this matter. I can stand by and be a mediator, but I think you should go over to her. [Kaldur gestured to the table.] Perhaps bring a peace offering and I will come with you to speak with her.

Alright! Got it no problem!

[Scoops up a platter of veggie rolls and follows Kaldur over with red in his cheeks waving sheepishly at fluttershy]

Uh...so...hi.

[She fidgets slightly, but other than that she doesn't move. Seeing Kaldur with him does make her feel better, but she still seems a little nervous.]

...H...h-hi...

Um...

[Shuffles a little awkwardly and offers her the plate of rolls]

Here. Apology sushi. Try it! You like veggies right?

[She nods, slowly taking one of the rolls.

But her eyes stay on him; this up close, she can see the damage he's already been through, and whatever reluctance or fear she might have had instantly melts away, replaced by concern.]

Oh, Beastboy...a-are you okay...?

[He looks surprised then laughs]

Am I OK? I'm the one who should be worrying about you!

You really do have one of the biggest hearts I've ever seen...you know that?

[She blushes a little, hair falling in her face as she ducks her head and looks away.]

N...N-no, I...I-I don't, really...I...couldn't even...h-help you when...that was happening...

[And we're back to embarrassed squirm.]

Shy...I don't think anyone coulda helped me out of that place. That glitch had my brains scrambled. It wasn't my fault or yours.

S-still, I...I knew something was wrong, b-but...I-I couldn't take it...and I just...left you like that, and I...

[he takes her hands in his own meeting her in the eyes]

I'll forgive you for running away, if you forgive me for saying such awful things. Then we eat some sushi and go back to being friends OK?

[She blinks, a little surprised that it could be that easy. But then she smiles, wiping away some budding tears as she nods.]

O...o-okay. That...that sounds fine to me...

[And because of those budding tears he just can't help himself from throwing his arms around her and hugging her close. Fluttershy you are irresistibly woobie and need hugs!]
