Well, but that's just the thing! Nobody really seems to plan that stuff out, they just kind of. Do stuff by themselves and we're all in this together so we thought it would be nice to know what the areas with the most damage are so that we can get people out there faster and get everything all fixed up so the city doesn't fall apart around our ears. [Mimi pauses, suddenly looking less determined and a lot more sad.] I mean, the attacks keep happening, and if we don't take care of the city, it'll be too broken to fix.
