[Waver kept mostly to himself as he worked on shelving a stack of books. Every so often he would open one and flip through it before turning to write something in a notebook; it seemed like he was taking notes on the languages they were written in as he worked.]

[His Japanese was barely at a level that could be called 'basic', and his understanding of Digicode was even worse. But if there was one thing Waver Velvet believed, it was that anything worth learning could be done through meticulous research. Libraries were the natural habitat of any student, and though he was working hard with both his notes and the actual librarian job Waver actually seemed to be quite content.]
