Here's the funny thing about that, stupid: I don't care. I never asked to be anyone's partner. We're Digimon, though I feel like all of you weaklings forgot. Our entire purpose is to fight and get stronger. If she died? Too bad, she couldn't cut it, it's her own problem. If she'd held on a couple more seconds, she could have been fine, but she couldn't. Why should anyone else feel bad about it?

There's no purpose in fighting just to get stronger! You have to use that strength for something!
