But cars in Cocoon aren't like this. Or even in Gran Pulse. It's big and bulky-- is it even efficient? This is just... it really looks like old technology. [No Hope, it's a modern jeep. You're just from futureland.

I see a battery I think, so why should there even be a need for gas?

It's to convert the energy in the engine into mechanical energy in the drive shaft and wheels. It's what creates the force to drive the pistons in the engine. I mean, there's some electrical cars coming out, but it's not this one.

Using two power sources just for one machine? That's pretty inefficient. I mean, electricity can do all that already. [A lot of Earth humans seem to be hung up on this kind of thing.]

Is electricity what cars in Cocoon use to operate?

I'm from Cocoon-- which is a completely different world than Earth.

They're not cities-- they're worlds. That have cities in them.
