[ Rise had kept herself busy the past month. That was why she could distract herself from thinking about Wally and the fact that he was gone. At first, she distracted herself by reminding her that Sonata needed her, then she did her best to help everyone recover from the attacks. Not to mention she had to bring Lucemon back after being accidentally digivolved into Devimon.

Now, after talking with Rin --- the reminder that he was gone and that she was probably never going to see him again hit her. She just started bawling. After almost a month of keeping it in, she had finally began crying.

She was glad ... Terra was coming. Now, it seems like it was her turn to need someone.

She could have told Yu-senpai, but it was embarrassing. Yu didn't know Wally so it would be awkward to talk to him about it. And of course --- he was a guy. This kind of thing is better shared with another girl. ]

[Terra knocks, lightly, on the door to Rise's apartment.

She hasn't seen Wally around in awhile. That should've been the indicator...but she's been distracted, in her own life, and foolishly, she's turned a blind eye to Rise. For someone with the Crest of Friendship, that's a pretty awful thing to do.

Now, she does all she can. That's be the shoulder of support, even if it is a month late.]

Rise? I'm here.

[ Rise went to open the door. She wasn't worried because she was already expecting company after all. When she saw Terra behind the door, she smiled. Her eyes were still a little red from the crying but it looked like she calmed down a little. ]

Hey, it's about time. I was getting hungry!

[Right away, Terra sets the ice cream down and hugs Rise. She doesn't waste time, she doesn't have any second thoughts, she just gives her friend a big hug.]

Sorry I took so long.

[ That was all it took. It was like someone just clicked a switch and then the waterworks began. She knew she didn't have to hide with Terra. Since she knew Wally and have seen how much she cared for him, she couldn't think of another person who would know how she felt. ]

[Her gentle hug tightens. With her foot, Terra closes the door; better get that out of the way, Rise probably doesn't want people to see her like this.]

I'm so, so sorry. Come on, come on, let's sit down.

[ She does. ]

It's silly, isn't it? ... I was so excited to have my first boyfriend. When I finally do, I act like such a baby ...

What? 'Course not. You said it, your first boyfriend. That's...important, Rise. I've seen tons of girls act...worse, okay? You're not a baby, you're a teenager.
