[There were many things Arcee missed about being Cybertronian. Like, everything for starters. But it wasn't until Sprocket asked the harmless question of "What do you do for fun" that Arcee realized she really missed driving. A lot. She missed Jack asking her to go for rides, she missed going fast, she missed wheels. Heartbroken and longing for that feeling back, Sprocket did something incredibility intelligent for a change and suggested that maybe she could, I dunno, just go out and buy a motorcycle.
It was like life was suddenly different.
The months working for the Ice Cream Shoppe really paid off because Arcee had a lot of BITs to spare. Enough to snag her a nice bike, that's for sure. She even spoiled herself a little and made sure to get a helmet and outfit that matched her old holorider. Really, besides the paint job not being exactly how she used to be, this was the closest she'd ever get to feeling like herself again.
And she owned it. You might be able to catch her driving around the streets of Tokyo, and yes going the speed limit. If not, a very resourceful Sprocket manages to capture their ride around the city with the D-Terminal.]
Highway to the danger zone~♪
[Yeah, enjoy that. He's going to sing for you. Over a motorcycle engine. Simply beautiful.]

Toy fund, huh?
[Yeah, he's smirking.]
Well I think it'd be worth it for the motorcycle, but that's just me.
Totally ... can we get one?
[Garrus gets hit full blast with the cute, puppy eyes. Damn it ...]
I ... we'll see.

[She's gotta agree with Patamon on this one.
Although it might just be bias.]
Really, with so many things handed to you in this joint, splurging a little doesn't seem like it'll hurt you as bad as it should.
I dunno, I liked choosing what was for dinner. And breakfast. And lunch. And everything.

[He just doesn't want to have the little guy asking "Can we get it now?" for the next few weeks.]
The cafeteria isn't so bad. Usually there's lots to pick from ...
[Patamon is sat on the back of the motorcycle, scratching his chin with a tiny paw, already thinking ahead to when they have their own.]

Might need to swallow your dignity a little, then. Civilian jobs aren't fun, but they get you what you need.
[Just thinking about it seems to annoy her. She's chased out her fair share of customers. ...How does she keep getting hired?]
Although they are a lot easier when you have someone you know working with you.

[Garrus sighs, looks like she's having as much fun with it as he would.]
You might be right. I miss business as usual.
[Might be tricky for him with facial scars that would scare the crap out of children.]
Wheeljack?

And Bulkhead, and Hiccup, and Sprocket.
[Seriously, how did--]
I'm sure there are some jobs that offer work behind the scenes. You could always try those if you're not a people person.

I'm not so sure a desk job would be my speed either. Paperwork and I don't mix. [That's putting it mildly.] I'm sure I'll find something sooner or later.
[She's still clearly wondering how the hell he knows who Wheeljack is.]
I've bumped into Wheeljack once or twice. We went out for a some drinks the other night.
