[There's another recent arrival on-screen, this time a girl accompanied by a Gabumon.]

Being pulled from our home worlds and brought to a completely different environment, to meet creatures we never knew existed and save their home from a threat none of us know about.

That's quite a lot to expect of Children. [She's seen herself that not everyone fits the "14 and below" description, but such as the collective term for them stands.]

[A little fidget on Gabumon's part.] But it just... vanished, right? Maybe it just.. went somewhere...

Possibly. But with all the fighting those two big Digimon were doing...even if it comes back, there won't be a lot left of it.

I... I guess so, yeah...

[Choco smiled a little, trying to cheer the Gabumon up.] It might not be so bad in this new city. We could probably make it just as nice as the other one.

[She glanced up slightly, almost hopefully.]

[Choco grinned reassuringly.] Yeah, don't worry. Even in this new place, we'll all still help each other out. Everything'll be fine.

[It's a little slow coming, but she smiles.]

Yeah. We're partners, that's what we do.

Yeah...! You've got your partner, and you'll get to make a lot of new friends. Everything'll turn out okay.

[A brighter smile now. Whatever conversation slip-up she felt before, it seemed to be gone now.]

That's- that's right! And I think two of Blake's friends are here too. She.. seemed to know them.

Oh yeah? That's cool! Our Chosen has some friends from her home world too. It's always nice when they see someone they know.

Plus then, their friend can become your friend too!

Yeah.. That's true too! [Her smile turns a little shy at that, but it's there nevertheless.]

Yeah. Fluttershy - that's our Chosen's name - had a bit of a hard time when she first came. She's really shy, and she didn't know anyone when she arrived.

Well, she's still pretty shy...it's part of who she is. But she's got lots of friends, so that's gotta count for something.

Oh yeah. Apparently in her world, friendship is magic...literally.

Magic. [It's hard to tell if she's disbelieving or merely restating the word.]

Yeah...Fluttershy and her friends have saved their world thanks to their friendship...and her other friend's magical abilities, but I think her powers were somehow enhanced by their friendship?



I don't really get it either.

I suppose different worlds have different possibilities.

S'true, I guess. And I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised about the whole "friendship is magic" thing, given the pony thing.

Yeah. Back in her home world, apparently everyone's a pony. They got different kinds, but they're still all ponies.



Yeah! Fluttershy's a Pegasus, which means she's got wings! She even got to keep her wings when she came here.

[There is just the briefest flicker of something across Blake's face, a quick constriction of her eyes.]

[Then with a blink it's gone, and she's just as impassive as before. At least, at first glance.]

I had no idea there was something other than humans here.

Oh yeah...! There's a bunch of interesting people here. There are people who use to be animals, people who used to be robots, people who used to do magic...animals who used to do magic...

When they got here, they turned mostly human. But some of them, like Fluttershy, got to keep some features from their original look. For Fluttershy, and a few of her friends, they got to keep their wings.
