[Daisuke rubs at his eye. He still looks exhausted even a few days after the Beemon were all gone. Veemon is even worse as his form can be seen in the background, passed out on the bed and sleeping hard. Daisuke couldn't really blame his partner, the little guy had gone through multiple evolutions and fought several different Beemon...some of which had been of MUCH higher levels.]

Hope everyone is starting to recover okay. The city still looks pretty banged up though. It got me thinking about the times my friends and I had to rebuild the Digital World after things like this happened. I know we can't rebuild all the towns out there that the Beemon hit, at least, not yet. But it would probably be a good idea to start working on repairing this place.

Clean up won't be too hard, trust me I've done it plenty of times. If we work together and get the resident Digimon involved it'll go pretty quickly. The West side of town was hit the hardest so I'll meet anyone interested over there tomorrow.

[He flashes a grin.] Snacks are on me for whoever agrees to come help out.

[At the mention of snacks Veemon snorts in the background and sits up, bleary eyed.]

Did somebody say snacks?

[Daisuke laughed as Veemon's stomach rumbled.] I'll be back, first I need to feed Veemon before he tries to eat his pillow or something...again.

[Marley had been one of the ones to stay behind while everyone else fought. Her friends...most had been injured in one way, shape, or form, and it made her sick to her stomach knowing that while she sat on the sidelines, they had risked their lives to protect this city.

When she turns on the D-Terminal, there's a look of resolve on her face, despite looking rather pale herself.]

I'll help out any way I can.

We'll need clean up first. Can't really rebuild if there's still piles of rubble everywhere, right?

Heh. That's really great to hear. I know a lot of people are interested in fighting but cleaning up is seen as a chore.

Daisuke is more willing to clean up the digital world than his own room.

Veemon! You don't need to mention that.

That just means he cares a lot, Veemon. There's nothing wrong with that.

I know. I just like teasing him about it. Cleaning up the digital world is more fun anyway cause you get to do it with friends.

[Grumbling.] And you know Veemon, my room wouldn't BE such a mess if you would pick up after yourself sometimes too.

Hey! The room is pretty clean right now.

How long will that last, I wonder?

[She can't help but tease the both of them. She's not trying to offend!]

Hey, I bet I can keep it clean for a few days.

[Sorry, she's just going to giggle.]

By the sounds of it, you two need a maid.

It's not like we have a roommate.

Yep! We could trash this whole building if we wanted to.

[Daisuke laughs but then shakes his head.] We're not going to do that, Veemon. That'd be rude.

I know! I was just saying.

Maybe not now, but what are you going to do if you do get a roommate? You'll have to keep everything neat and tidy, then!

I guess you have a point there. I think we can manage to keep it clean. It's not like we have a lot of stuff.

So it shouldn't be so hard, right, with a couple of guys like you living there?

[She's still teasing.]

Nah, we'll be fine. Right, Veemon?

Yep.
