[ The D-terminal is being held rather shakily. The room looks rather familiar, in fact it's actually taking place in the library. There was a giant pile of books sitting on the table, papers strewn about, and notebooks opened up to random pages. The owner of the D-terminal is not actually the voice that appears. ]

Hello there, Chosen ones. Today we are investigating a rare and temperamental Grumpymon in one of his natural habitats away from home. As you can see by the paper all around and the books piled up, this Grumpymon is hard at work. Lets see what he is doing.

[ Kudamon shakily moves the video to show a closer look at some of the papers. Like this interesting paper right here. Theres lots of things scribbled down on other papers. Lots of sticky notes, high-liters, and colorful tabs sticking out of books to keep his place in them. ]

As you can see, the Grumpymon is doing a lot of research for what I am not certain. He can be a pretty mysterious--

Kudamon what are you doing?

[ The video shifts around showing a Pawnchessmon sitting across from the table reading his own book. Then it shifts up to show Squall standing there with a raised eyebrow and his hand on his hip. ]

Who me? O-oh nothing. I'm just looking at your D-terminal....

[ Squall rolls his eyes and grabs the D-T and turns it off. ]

I know this might sound a little strange, but does anyone know if there's a flower field around here somewhere? It's kind of important.

[The figure on screen shifts slightly, one hand reaching for the rings that hang from a necklace she's wearing. It's a habit she's had for a long while and being in a new world's not going to make it any better. It just might make it worse, but that remains to be seen.

Before she can say anything else, the feed blurs as it's suddenly moved to face the cameramon. The angle is way awkward, because honestly the d-terminal isn't exactly designed for her paws. To make up for it, the DORUmon its filming has a huge toothy grin as she teases her partner.]

Come on! It's your first message and already you've forgotten to introduce us!

[This startles Rinoa from her slightly moody thoughts and she giggles instead.]

I was getting there, you're just too impatient!

Then you're just gonna have to be faster than me next time. ANYWAYS, before I was so rudely interrupted! I'm Dorothy, a DORUmon, and this- [The feed shifts again as the cameramon turns the feed to focus on her partner.] Is my partner Rinoa. Say hi Rinoa!

[Completely railroaded by her own digimon, Rinoa simply smiles and waves cheerfully.]

[Someone has been poking about in areas in Terminal Tokyo that got hit pretty badly by that tornado yesterday. In fact people may have seen the eye-patched pigtailed "girl" out all day, poking around and gathering stuff from what rubble he could actually move with his weak little human arms.

So the video will be at an odd angle, as the Terminal is sitting in Whirl's lap.]

So the weather yesterday, pretty frikking nuts right?

[He goes quiet for a moment, as if seriously considering what he's going to say next and...]

So which of you stupid slaggers got killed during it?

[no whirl, no.]

[ Roze's screen flips on, her ecstatic face filling the screen because if she isn't close, the rush of snow would obscure her from view. ]

ITS SNOWING!

LADY ROZE! I INSIST YOU COME BACK INSIDE!

[ Never had anyone heard her shriek in such young and girlish excitement. ]

I'M FREEZING MY TITS OFF BUT ITS SNOW!

Oh my god I'm so excited! I'M SO HAPPY! Yesterday was horrible. TODAY IS MAGICAL! I love the snow. Jesus fucking Christ this is actually really cold... [ She looks off to the side, squinting against the wind, cheeks already ruddy from the wind and ice whipping across pale skin. ]

[ When she looks back at the terminal her lashes are crusted with snowflakes. ]

I'm gonna go get a cute coat and some tights! Oh, but...okay! I'm gonna hit the cafeteria and rustle up them Damemon!

[Well hey there, look! It's Cam! He looks...incredibly sheepish right now. Incredibly. Still all banged up -- but the D-Terminal's clearly resting against something, propped up so he can sit against a back pillow and not have to hold it. Good there too, plenty of bandages on his arms.]

Um, so, hey, uhh... if I talked to you at that, party yesterday? Sorry, ignore just about. Everything I said, apparently I can only speak French right when I'm on painkillers.

[It appears like he's trying to think of something else to say but he just sort of gives up and groans and reaches his bandaged right hand forward, and the feed cuts.]

[Oh boy oh boy, there's an Impmon showing up via some new comers' D-Terminal. It looks like it's parked in an area near the Terminal Area and behind it is a young girl who is... currently smacking her forehead with her palm.]

I, um... I mean I'm really glad I got a human partner, it's a total honor here. And I'm glad mine showed up after all the stuff with the things, but!

I think mine's broken. She's been doing that since she got outside, hitting herself, and and... arguing with herself.

[While the Impmon is talking anyone paying attention will see the young girl has actually stopped and came up behind the digimon.]

Are you talking to yourself, organic? [That... that is not a voice that one would except coming from a girl looking like that. Or maybe it is, as the girl leans down and peers at the device from over Impmon's shoulder.]

N-no Miss Whirl! [That gets Whirl making a face.] Just trying to see if anyone you know is here too, you know um. Safety in numbers?

[Impmon laughs a bit nervously as Whirl simply says "Whatever" before backing off, and the digimon shoots the device a distressed look before ending the message.]
