[The video switches on, and Mami takes a moment to adjust the feed so that it's centered before she gives the camera a polite smile. If you hadn't run into her when she first arrived, you'd never know she had been having something of an emotional breakdown just a few days ago- rather, Mami is (at least appearances-wise) calm and poised... though if anyone pays close enough attention, her smile might be a tiny bit forced. With her is a Salamon, who seems to be happy that her Chosen partner is adjusting so well!

Hello! I arrived a few days ago, but I'm only just now introducing myself; I'll admit to having been somewhat distracted getting settled in. My name is Mami Tomoe, a third year middle school student from Mitakihara- I hope that I can become properly acquainted with at least some of you.

Miss Mami is really nice and friendly! Though... she's kind of lonely.

-- Ah, Salamon, that's enough. In any case, I'd like to know if there might be somewhere I could purchase tea...? ... And somewhere to brew it, perhaps, as well- I've realized the apartments have no individual kitchens of their own, which is something of a shame, I'll admit; I enjoy baking!

You got it. Just dropped in a few days ago. Still trying to regain my bearings, but I think I have a pretty good handle on the layout of this city by now.

[Spending most of one's day mapping the city in one's head comes in handy sometimes]

That's good to hear! I have yet to fully get a good idea as to where everything in the city is, but Salamon has said she'll help me.

Salamon, huh? Hopefully your partner will be a better tour guide than mine was.

[From offscreen comes another voice]

Hey! I only got us lost three times!

Three times too many.

[She giggles.] I see! Well, hopefully she is, though I'm sure even if we get lost, we'll be able to find our way back.

Haa, probably. There are plenty of other helpful Digimon in this city who'd point you in the right direction.

[Elecmon grumbles]
