Well, that was a good way to break a newcomer in to how this place runs, hm?

[Yu is sitting on the couch of his apartment, Elecmon curled up sleeping next to him]

Raidou has been telling me a bit about how power levels work here. How this Lotusmon was a 'Mega' level, and so far only a few people can reach the level below it, 'Ultimate'.

I know I haven't been here long, I can't make assumptions about how things are done. But I'm worried. This city has no defense against her or any other powerful Digimon showing up again. I'm not sure the city can take that again. It's amazing that no one died.

I think... maybe we should talk about contingency plans.

If it makes you feel any better, no one else does either. We got some of the best out here too, and even they can't come up with a plan. Best anything anyone can do right now is keep working on getting stronger.

It's like you said, we're just one level under this "Mega" level. I think the best course of action would be working towards finding a way to get everyone there.

The last thing you are is helpless, believe me.

You're also just a kid, though, so you don't need to try and take charge of everything. The only thing that'll get you is a headache. There are a lot of people here, and I won't lie, some of them aren't that bright. They'll run out there headfirst and do whatever they want and there's nothing you can do to stop them. As much as I'd love to have everyone unified, it's just not gonna happen.

If you really want to do something, you're best bet is forming a small group of people you can trust and just do your own thing.

Nothing wrong with a little planning. Just...don't overwork yourself.

And maybe do some push ups to put some meat on those bones!
