Raidou has been telling me a bit about how power levels work here. How this Lotusmon was a 'Mega' level, and so far only a few people can reach the level below it, 'Ultimate'.

I know I haven't been here long, I can't make assumptions about how things are done. But I'm worried. This city has no defense against her or any other powerful Digimon showing up again. I'm not sure the city can take that again. It's amazing that no one died.

I think... maybe we should talk about contingency plans.

One suggested it here before, but he never was able to follow through... I think patrols would work, or...they did back home, but this is a large territory.

True, but there's a lot of us. If the native digimon would be willing to help too that could shore up the numbers.

A night patrol...yes, that'd be a good idea. I'm used to sleeping during the day, so I'd be glad to let the kits rest and be on it myself.

Yes... Night can be very relaxing. If we can get a third, that would be a nice size for a patrol...though it would be a lot of work for us. Ideally, we should have enough so no one patrols two days in a row, or at least so breaks can be taken if needed.

Agreed. Three is the best size. Enough that everyone is covered, but not so heavy you have people getting seperated or confused on who leads.

If no one else with more experience steps up. I have SOME experience organizing small combat groups, but nothing to this scale. And they were all teenagers... half grown kits. And that was about as easy as herding cats.

I'm sure they are. I only have my own experiences to go by though. And getting the cats I know to do anything they don't want to do is... well it usually ends up in claw marks.

I guess red meat would be more appetizing. But unlike a cat I don't have claws or a decent nose, so anything that runs or digs or flies is kinda outta my league. I'm a decent fisherman though...

I'm not sure what that says about me that my skills lie more in sitting around for hours and waiting for food to come to me.

I'm not saying the RiverClan cats don't put a lot of skill into their hunting! No, the way they catch their prey is admirable, the taste is just...ugh!

But, I didn't know Two-legs fished patiently... All I've ever seen is splashing around, ways that would just scare all the fish.
