[When the D-Terminal turns on, all that shows up is the face of a Keramon chewing on something long, black, and appearing to be made out of leather. It attempts to say something, but since it has something in its mouth, whatever words it says is mumbled and cannot be understood. Thankfully, there's someone else there.]

Keramon, it is rude to speak with your mouth full. Please try again when you're done.

[It drops whatever it was chewing on and looks past the screen apologetically.]

Sorry, captain. Was tryin' to tell ya that I got it workin' for ya.

Ah, I see. Thank you, Keramon.

[The D-Terminal is turned around to reveal Aizen kneeling on the ground in front of Keramon wearing a rather strange outfit and showing that the thing Keramon was chewing was in fact Aizen's left hand.]

My name is Sousuke Aizen and I am in need of some assistance. Keramon and I have been attempting to remove the bindings on me ourselves without success, so if anyone could lend us some sort of cutting implement, it would be appreciated. I would also like to ask if anyone knows where I could get a pair of glasses. Mine were broken and I would like to have them replaced as soon as possible.

[He's cautious himself, even if he's much better at hiding it. Aizen can see the tension in Misha and keeps quiet, pretending to have all of his attention on her cutting his bindings. When he gets nicked, he flinches slightly and studies the damage done.]

It's nothing to worry about. You hurt yourself more than you did me.

[And his eyes slide back to the nick on his wrist, narrowing when he still sees the injury. The hougyoku should be healing it, but it's not. Is the seal still working? He'll have to check once he's free from these bindings.

Keramon's antennae lower as he does his best kicked puppy impression.]

Couldn't really bite that well 'cause I'd hurt the captain or bite his whole hand off.

[ Without asking permission, Misha shifts her hand to press the bleeding finger against one of the exterior straps wrapped around Aizen's arm to try and staunch the flow. Assuming that Aizen intends to hold his hand in place for her, she gives a last tug on the seam and pulls the knife loose; it certainly makes an excellent starting point for ripping it apart from there. ]

Need your other hand out, or...?

That's why you've gotta be careful! Yeesh.

[He's keeping his hand in place until she's done cutting and once she is, he's ripping it apart to get his hand free. Flexing and curling it makes the joints pop every so often. When he's done with that, he studies his other hand, looking at the straps calmly.]

Let me see if I can do it on my own before we resort using the knife on it.

[Since Aizen was locked up in a place called nothingness, he didn't have much to do beyond stare at his hands and straps and imagine himself tearing out of them so that he could destroy those who imprisoned him. Not surprisingly, Aizen uses those hours of staring to his advantage. Manipulating the straps in seemingly random ways, he's able to free his hand without anymore damage to either Misha or Aizen due to mishandling of a knife.]

...I don't think it would be for the best if you used that knife to remove the straps around my head.

[ Misha steps back when he starts to release himself, injured finger brought to her lips while she wipes the blood from the knife off on her jeans. When she's done with that, she takes a moment the fold it back up and stick it into her hoodie pocket. ]

Everybody's a critic.

[That earns a chuckle from him before he starts to remove the straps from around his shoulders and then his head. While he seems to be preoccupied with that, he's actually studying Misha carefully. She's acting strangely around him, tense and keeping her distance. It's almost like--no, it couldn't be. Well, it could be possible. He'd have to find out.]

Is something the matter?

[ Misha hunches her shoulders in an immediate compromise to tensing up more, then adds a shuffle to her feet a moment later. ]

I've had a really tough week. Seeing you apparently having a tougher one just... brought it back.

[Aizen's expression appears to turn into something like genuine concern as he takes a step forward.]

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope things will be better for you soon.

...This might be a bit forward of me, but if you ever need to talk about anything, I'd be willing to listen.

[ She looks up at him, brows furrowed, then gives a slight smile. ]

I might just take you up on that. [ No she fucking won't. ] Just not right now, you know? You've got a lot on your plate right now, I wouldn't wanna add to it.

[ Her tension has started to disappear as she realizes his wound is still there on his wrist. Lack of healing means the hougyoku is at least out of commission... which also points toward likelihood of the rest of his powers also being gone. Enough that Aizen still feels the need to maintain his facade at any rate. That's good enough for her right now. ]

[He smiles back at her, noticing her tension appearing to lessen. He's aware that he's probably not going to get the truth from her any time soon, so he'll just play along and keep an eye on her until later.]

I understand completely. Perhaps in the future we can meet again and you can speak of what's troubling you but for now let's not worry about that.

Let's see about getting you situated, first.

[ She has little doubt that Aizen is already situated as hell now that he's out of the bindings. However, most people are disoriented and need a bit more time after coming to another dimension like this (she certainly was) so it makes sense to offer. ]

Misha? Don't we have that... other thing to do?
