1) This place doesn't current seem to have any leadership or rank, unfortunately

2)Our goal here is apparently to stop the merging of the realities and hopefully reverse the process before... implosion? I can't say I know what would happen with any certainty.

3) From what I've heard everyone who comes here who is not human is transformed into one. I can't say what alterations you'd need to make unless I know a bit more about your original needs.

4) This place is apparently called the Digital World, this specific city was originally called Terminal but was merged with the human city Tokyo.
