[Well, this time, at least, Kagerou is inside. Granted, he's in a hallway, sitting outside an apartment door, still looking thin and unkempt as ever. But hey! He's inside.]
[He's also speaking Japanese. Whoops.]
[If anyone understands said language, his words are loud and clear:]
Why can't I understand anyone anymore? Why... Is this going to be repaired soon? Or are the voices all glitching?
[And that would be the point in which his Keramon pops up, leaning his head against Kagerou's shoulder.]
He's asking when he'll be able to understand again... I... think he might miss talking to some of you.
But I didn't say that. Shh.
