[The broadcast begins located outside of pallet town. The camera tilts to see that Harley's Dracmon "Judy" is holding onto it. She waves and the eyeball on her hand blinks curiously into the camera before she turns it back on a gathering of Digimon and Harley Quinn herself shouting at them. The Digimon are all locals from the area, who either volunteered or were "Voluntold" by Harley they were going to participate. She is dressed in a jester costume, red and black with her face painted white and is holding a baton with a ghoulish looking clown face on it.

Plugging two fingers into her lips she whistles and the Digimon all form up into marching lines as her other partner, Opossumon floats into the air and releases some colorful balloons that explode showering the crowd with confetti.

That appears to be the signal as the crowd surges forward and loud music starts playing! The camera watches it all as Harley leads the crowd into the districts and amazingly enough, there's more then just marching, music playing Digimon!

Some Digimon are pulling carts with colorful paper and items stacked on top to act as parade floats! The first one shows the city itself, but it's made out of flowers! It's a colorful sight that betrays the time of year. Plant Digimon stationed on this float are throwing candy out to anyone who happens to be looking out their windows or on the street as the parade passes by.

Next is a massive (And hideous) balloon that Harley apparently stitched together out of whatever she found laying around. It's doing the job though as it drifts through the air...and it looks oddly out of place and yet familiar at the same time.

Another float, this one showing some unfortunate chosen dressed as Titanmon. Some smaller baby Digimon are on this float and having fun spitting out bubbles, biting and bouncing on the stand in for the recent citywide terror.

And then more balloons. If nothing else it's impressive what Harley can apparently accomplish using the ruins and wreckage from the city. The candy is salvaged from the wrecked candy shop, and if you look past the paint and colorful paper on each float it's clear they were constructed from salvaged parts.

And all the while Opossumon is floating about exploding balloons of confetti to rain down on the crowd as Digimon sing and dance and cheer to the sky. They city may be broken, their lives may be shaken. But they are still living. There's still hope for a better tomorrow.

And for that they are all thankful.

The parade will weave through the districts of the city, around the wreckage as best they can till they complete a full lap and return to wear they started in pallet town. Are you awoken by the noise? Were you drafted to participate in one way or another? Maybe you have your own float or balloon to keep track of.

Either way it's loud, messy fun with free candy and music and lots of smiles that you can enjoy either live as it passes by your home, or via the broadcast.]
