[Sprout's face appears onscreen when the feed comes on, looking a bit confused.]

[The camera shifts to show Choco trying to calm down a rather frazzled Fluttershy...or at least one could assume it's Fluttershy. The yellow feathered wings are familiar, sure enough, but despite the human clothes, she clearly was not human at the moment. Her flowing tail, the same color as her hair, flicked anxiously as she paced on four hooves instead of two feet. She seemed to mutter an "Oh no..." with each turn, passing by Choco over and over as he tried to talk to her.]

C'mon, Fluttershy...it's nothing to worry about...

[The camera turns back to Sprout.] ...Little help?

((OOC: Can stay video, or can move to action. Most likely she'll be either in her apartment, or on the hospital roof.))

[when the screen turns on it shakes a little, like the D-Terminal was jostled. The video shows Jinora walking over to and sitting on the edge of her bed, a pad of paper and a pencil in hand. Her partner sits on the floor next to her.  Neither appears to realize that the video feed is on.]

-about "Gawa"?  She was on the council at the Western Air Temple; Dad says she was noted for always being able to find joy in things.

Sounds like a possibility.

Okay, we'll keep that one on the list. [she circles the name] Hariti?  She was very devoted to caring for Air Nomad children.

[Leormon shakes her head vigorously]

[giggling] Strike that one, then. [she strikes a line through the name]

[When the video feed pops on there's static at first, followed by a shaky closeup of a deep red jacket. The picture stops moving and the red jacket backs up revealing a young girl with brown hair. She bows to the camera, her hands clasped in front of her.]

Hello, everyone. My name is Jinora, and I've just arrived here. My lion-spirit Leormon says that this is the best way to communicate with people.

[A Leormon's head pops into the frame, regarding the camera before turning to Jinora.]

Digimon, Jinora. We're Digimon, not spirits.

Digimon; right. I'm sorry. Anyway, I've read about what's been happening here and Leormon has told me a lot as well. It- it's all a bit overwhelming, but I'll do my best to help in whatever way that I can.

[In the late afternoon, Sakuyamon pops up on the D-Terminals again. She's on a ship now, and the background behind her rises and falls with the waves.]

Captain Hookmon has just arrived. However, we won't be leaving until the sun rises, so if you would like to come with me there is still time. [A beat.] I will be back in the future, if you are still undecided.

[The first thing that is noticeable is the loud crash that can be heard as the D-Terminal hits the floor. The video comes on, showing a sideways view of a room, the floor more visible than the door leading out into the hallway. There's a scurrying sound, with an undertone of metal scratching.]

H-Hey! Come back here! Come--Terriermon! It's going to the door!

[A small metal rat comes into view just as Terriermon's paws(?) grab its tail. A spark can be seen, and it's followed by a yelp as Terriermon jerks back.]

Ouch! It shocked me!

Damn!

[Duo's bare feet are visible now as he leaps for the door, finally closing it before the baby Digimon can get out. There's more scurrying off screen, more running around and shouting before things finally seem to settle down.

The D-Terminal is moved, showing Terriermon holding the device and looking more than a little flustered.]

Does...anyone know how to take care of a baby Digimon? The egg Duo had has hatched.

[Kaldur is broadcasting this from the cafe. He decided to stop there for food before checking in at the hospital. He looks as travel worn as anyone else that has arrived recently.

Actually, scratch that, Sedna is the one with the D-Terminal. She squats on the floor and she has it angled in such a way that the person watching can also see Scipio and Kaldur. Kaldur has a cup of something steaming and Scipio has a sandwich.]

It took for freaking ever, but we're finally here! Kaldur, Sedna, and Skippy checking in.

[The Kotemon sitting at the table gazes downward at Sedna.]

You make it sound as if you were not in some way to blame for our delays. We could have arrived much sooner otherwise.

I'm not sayin' nothing. 'sides, why aren't you blamin' Kaldur, he's the one that told us we had to check all the places on our way here for Fluttershy.

[Kaldur sips his drink, his partners both eyeing him. He sets the mug down. If he was paying attention to their argument he gives no indication by what he says next, his eyes flicking to the screen.]

Unfortunately, I am sorry to say, we were unable to locate her no matter where we looked or how much time we spent.

[He sighs and his partners seem to pick up on his emotions because they both look away, their manner suddenly somber. Kaldur looks back up, very much aware that he should cease bringing down the mood.]

We are in HospiTown now though. I will be stopping by the hospital soon. That is where we are to stay for now, correct? I also heard that we have gotten some new Chosen while some of us were traveling. [He bobs his head in an informal bow.] Welcome to the Digital World. I hope we can get to know each other soon.

[With that, Kaldur picks his drink back up and resumes his relaxed position. Sedna recovers first, lifting a claw.]

[The feed opened to show a young girl with a red hood and a Falcomon on her shoulder. She looked rather nervous, looking like she was trying to think of what to say. She let out a breath]

Okay, you can do this... [Looks at the feed and smiles Umm... hello everyone. I'm Ruby, and this is my Digimon Falcomon.

Hello [She waves at the camera with her wing]

Anyways, I just got here and Falcomon has told me about everything, but... I was wondering if anyone had seen these three girls named Yang, Weiss, and Blake? Yang is my sister and she, Weiss, and Blake are my teammates and I would really like to find them. So if you know where they are and you could tell me, I would really appreciate it. So umm... thank you!

[The view that shows on the D-Terminal is nothing more than the giant crater left behind after the attack. There's some lingering dust floating around, but otherwise, it's just a vast...nothing. Duo's breathing can be heard in the background, heavy as though catching his breath. That was a pretty steep slope to climb, but he did it...

And now there's nothing to go back to. He's lucky to even be alive, he knows, but of course, he made a deal with Death before. That's all this is, right? This is part of the deal? He can live while others die.

The screen moves to focus on a Digiegg that seems to be resting next to Duo. His hands are shaking ever so slightly now, either from strain or from nerves it's hard to say at first. That is...until he actually speaks.]

I-I found it...Solarmon's gone and I found this when I woke up. I dunno what it's for and I dunno where I am and...and...

[There's a quiet sniffle before his voice drops.]

Why does this keep happening?

[The feed cuts out just as the view of Mount Fuji shows up.]

Action:
[Duo is sitting on the edge of the crater with a Digiegg sitting next to him. His D-Stream and D-Terminal are also on the ground with the Digiegg. He's covered in dirt, his cassock is torn, and the only thing he has left from the party was the mask Roze gave him to wear for the masquerade. It's hanging around his neck, the actual mask turned around backwards to face behind him.

He's shaking, and in an attempt to try and stay warm, he's curled up some with his knees pulled to his chest. His eyes are focused solely on the crater, though really, he's not focused on anything at all. He's simply staring, lost in his own little world.]

[The picture flicks on, greeting everyone with a view of (1) Scott Pilgrim standing in the middle of an apartment. He's holding a piece of paper, but it's not quite possible to tell what's on it. Someone starts speaking from behind the camera.]

This is my partner, Scott Pilgrim. Wave to the nice people, Scott [Scott waves, as instructed. He looks kind of confused about why he's being made to do this.] He's looking for a girl named Ramona Flowers.

She has hair like this. [Scott holds up the paper he's holding, which is a terrible drawing.] It was green the last time I saw it, but she changes it every week and a half.

Okay. Be quiet now, Scott. [Scott frowns, letting the drawing drop back to his side again.] If you have any information about Ramona Flowers, we'd both appreciate it if you'd tell us.

[The feed cuts.]

[Hello, Terminal Tokyo. It seems someone has opted for the 'start pushing buttons and see what happens' method of getting to know their D-Terminal, with the initial result being a nonsensical text message. A moment later, though, the audio cuts in, with a little girl's voice coming over the airwaves.]

-nk I got it to do something! Did that message just get sent? [slight pause] Oh wait, it's sending now! I think...? Wasn't there supposed to be pictures too?

[There's the faint sound of a few more buttons being pressed before a second voice pipes up, also sounding young and female, its tone fondly amused.]

Here, let me.

[A moment later, the video turns on, showing Terminal Tokyo a close up of the smiling face of a Salamon, who seems to be the owner of the second voice.]

There we go.

[The Salamon moves out of the way and the owner of the first voice can finally be seen, a little girl with big orange eyes and a face that's two-tone tan, as well as oddly soft-looking. The girl's face is framed by what looks like equally two-toned hair, mostly red with a broad purple stripe, that's pulled back into a short pony tail atop her head. Those looking closely might notice a few oddities, like the fact that her eyes have slit pupils, rather than round, and that a set of tiny fangs can be glimpsed in her mouth when she speaks.]

Thanks! So... um... hi, everyone. [waves to the camera with a bit of an uncertain smile] First of all, I'm Wily-Kit, and this's my partner, Emerick.

[She briefly turns the camera back on the Salamon, who waves a fore-paw, before turning it back on herself.]

Second... um... does anybody know where I can get a winter cloak, or something? I'm not really dressed for the weather around here...

[Skilled observers of backgrounds will notice that she's still in the main terminal building, apparently having opted to stay there for the moment rather than trying to find her way to her apartment in the cold, so anyone who wants to find her can do so there.]
