Rather than turning the camera to show herself, Alex will just talk from off-screen]
So, since a certain fuckhead of a biologist dropped off the face of the Earth before he got me the information he was supposed to, I've been working on a project of my own. A Digimon encyclopedia of sorts, all known ones, their abilities and hopefully weaknesses if we know those, too. Spread the knowledge and give everyone a better chance to survive whatever bollocks shows up this time. Any information on Digimon capabilities would help, if you lot care to share it.
Though, I did notice something while I was doing these.
[She shuffles the papers around until several Digimon drawings are on top- Sakuyamon Miko Mode, Lilimon, Bastemon, Lotusmon, and Darcmon, specifically.]
I get that Digimon are apparently spawned from the data from the internet. That explains why most of them appear to have recognizable forms rather than being completely alien to us, I think, something like Gazimon could have been given form by data on canine form and behavior. There's also a bunch of cat-looking ones, and since most of human output is total shit, I think that explains the Damemon as well.
But why the hell are most of the humanoid Digimon I've seen so far all women, and on top of that, they all look like that? Tits and bikinis, the lot of them. Even Lilimon is an inch of skirt away from showing the world if Digimon get underwear data or not. Where, exactly, is this Digital World getting its data on humans from? Why the fuck is it so skewed right towards knockers the size of my head and wearing less than a street corner hooker? Is this place just getting its data on humans from adult sites, or have I just been extremely unfortunate in my encounters so far?
He apparently spent the entire time I was gone looking for me. Poor thing...
[She moves the camera back to herself. She's smiling still, but she definitely looks more tired.]
We got swept up in a data stream. Go figure, right? I have no idea where I got sent to, but there was a castle with a Dark Field coming from it. My D-Terminal apparently went with Hawkmon. He didn't say where he was, but...I guess that doesn't matter.
[She looks down at the sleeping Digimon before back at the camera.]
We'll be back soon, I guess? We managed to find the Trailmon station, but neither of us really have the energy to actually, you know, leave the bench we found right now.
[Biting down on her lower lip a moment, she nods her head, as if satisfied with that explanation.]
Hope everyone is okay...
Quit trying to look nice already, your already on the air ya nerd!
Huh? Oh! [Sheepish chuckle before clearing his throat in an attempt to look calm] Oh ugh... hey guys. How's it goin'? Just wanted to tell everyone that I'm back! Sorry that I just kinda vanished, I guess that the powers to be wanted me to go home for a while.
But not hat topic, I know that many have been worried about what has happened to the people who have vanished the past few months. I also know that everyone is worried about what's happening in their own world, I certainly was. However due to my recent experience and after speaking to Beastboy, I believe that I have a theory.
And here comes the science talk...
When I got sent home, I was transported to the exact same time period as when I left. No time passed for me at all. I stayed in my world for a couple of months, although it was apparently only five days in the Digital World. Because of this experience, I believe that the people who have disappeared were most likely simply sent back home, right back tot he moment where they left. It is also more than likely that when we all return home, we will return to the same point of time as when we left. Which means that we'll return to how we were at that point in time, so everything should be as you left it.
But of course, ti's only a theory.
Yep... so we're done now, right?
