Nothing seems too out of place between them if you discount the slight redness and light bleeding of knuckles and the slight signs of someone not coping well with things in Sam's face. But that look is gone quickly as the usual cocky little smirk is back as he picks the terminal up.]

Ignoring the little misunderstanding there. How many of us are actually old enough to be legal adults here? Because it's hard to tell amidst the swarm of kiddies and makes it a bit awkward to buy beer without feeling like I'm possibly destroying innocents with such an act.

You will have to excuse my ignorance, for though I have made attempts to study humans, the longer I stay here, the more I realize that I actually know very little.

But, I am sure you have noticed that there has been much talk of "birthdays" recently. Would anyone happen to be willing to explain to me what exactly a "birthday" is, and why it is so important?

[Keramon's got control of the D-Terminal and he's frowning at the screen, looking to be thoughtful about something. Aizen doesn't seem to be around though, so it's just the Digimon for this broadcast.]

Yesterday was my captain's birthday and he didn't tell anyone about it. I only found out because he was looking grumpy while he was doing his punchy-kicky thing and I asked because I'm a good partner.

[He then puffs up in annoyance, antennae twitching as he does.]

Then he had the nerve to say it doesn't matter 'cause he's dead and that's a really stupid reason to not celebrate your birthday. I know he'd celebrate mine and I told him that, but he just made that thinky face at me and said that it's because I'm not dead and [Here he tries deepening his voice to match Aizen's and fails.] "Keramon, if you're done bothering me about silly childish notions like birthdays, would you please let me get back to my training."

So, I'm thinking of giving him a present anyways because I'm his partner and he's being stupid. I don't know what to get him though. I was thinking about a girlfriend since he keeps talking about the one that he had back home and it would make him happy and I want the captain to be happy cause that sad face looks awful on him and I like his smiley face.

What do you guys think? I've never given someone a present before and I have to make sure it's just right for him.

[ The Undertaker sits on a bench outdoors, munching on a bone-shape biscuit. He considers his begun feed for a moment, then turns the D-Terminal up on one end. His image now displays sideways to any viewers. It's a little thing that amuses him, you see. He has biscuit crumbs on his chin when he starts to speak, too. ]

Well now. I must say that wasn't quite the sort of "game" I was expecting, but I did enjoy myself! What charming old fellows those Trailmon are. A pity they'll never have any need of my services. Such a large creature as a Trailmon would demand an incredible cof-

[ Oh, that's right. Commander Shepard told him not to speak of those things in front of the children. Well, whatever the paying customer requests! He cuts himself off with a titter, and bites more from his cookie. ]

Ah, never mind, that's irrelevant. What is relevant, instead, is that I'm looking for someone. Could anyone do me the service of directing me to one Marley Rose? Apparently they are part of my prize....

[ Iori and Elecmon are in the picture. Iori starts first. ]

H-Hey, um, listen up, because I'm not going to say this a second time!

Another Dark Zone opened up. I mean, me and Cam found it. We're fine! But I don't want anyone near it. You know what happened last time, and I'm sure not coming to save you.

But... it's still a problem that these keep popping up.

My lady is right. This is going to be a problem if the Dark Zone keeps continuing to expand. Something must be done about it.

... You shouldn't go that far, Elecmon. You might give someone the wrong idea.

Maybe, but still! This is dangerous, and most of us are either children or incredibly immature adults. We need to focus on staying alive...

[ Clearly, the two have been at odds about this. It's not a full blown fight, but Iori and Elecmon still don't get along like partners should. ]

*The video opens up not to Jin, but to Veemon clearing his throat.*

Ah-hem. If I could get people's attention for a moment, I have a problem. You see, my human has decided that he needs something to call me other than Veemon. This would be all fine and dandy except for one little thing: he has horrible taste in nicknames! So someone tell Jin that Reuben is the name of a sandwich, not a mighty dragon sorcerer.

*In the background, Jin has walked up behind Veemon and is standing with his arms crossed.*

It also happens to be the name of both my preferred mobile weapon and a significant Biblical figure.

It's a sandwich, and if you start calling me that I'm gonna be hungry all the time.

I don't see how that's very different from normal.

No, you see, right now I'm a little hungry all the time. If you call me by the name of a sandwich I'll be a lot hungry all the time.

*Jin sighs and shakes his head.*

You should be honored that I want to name you after a craft like the Reuben. But if it's that much of a problem...I suppose I could go back to the drawing board.

[Starscream eventually settles down again and clears his throat.]

 [ The feed turns on to the image of a somewhat frail looking boy with bright green hair.  His partner, Wormmon is almost camouflaged from his current position of half flopped on his head. ]

Umm... hi! My name is Wally and my friend Wormmon said it was definitely time I said hello to everyone! It's still so amazing that the po-er, digimon here can all talk!

If I couldn't talk that'd be really bad.  I have a lot to say, you know!

I've noticed!

[ Wally grins and chuckles a little.  Though he really misses his Pokemon back home... Wormmon has definitely been a wonderful friend so far.  He was keeping him from being lonely, and telling him all sorts of wonderful things about the digital world! It was all quite amazing. ]

Anyways... if anyone was interested I was thinking of maybe cooking a big dinner to try and get to know more people around here!  Maybe set up some picnic tables outside the apartment building.

Food is the best way to make friends.  For real.

Maybe... Um, anyways, I think I'll probably make fried rice with lots of veggies since it's easy to make a big batch! So if you're interested, just let me know so I know how much I should make.

Good morning. I am Hawkmon. I just would like to take the time out to welcome all of the new Chosen to the city. If there's anything you need, feel free to ask. Marley would like to extend her greetings, too, but she's still sleeping, so I will say hello for her. She'd be more than welcome to help any way she can.
